Contract Rate: £650 per day (Outside IR35)

Description:
The SAP Project Manager is accountable for the seamless execution of projects, encompassing scope, timeline, budget, and stakeholder satisfaction. Ideal for professional’s adept at managing large-scale, complex projects or multiple concurrent initiatives.
Role Overview:
- Serve as the primary liaison for S4 HANA delivery.
- Lead Agile Scrum S4 HANA and BTP delivery across distributed teams.
- Manage project execution within defined scope, schedules, and resources.
- Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders.
- Oversee project resources and finances.
- Provide regular status updates and address emerging concerns.
- Foster a culture of leadership and performance within the delivery team.
- Collaborate with clients to address issues and manage change effectively.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Drive Agile Scrum delivery of Automotive Industry Standard S4 HANA and BTP Solution/Integration within an SAP Activate Framework.
- Manage deployment of core plant and operational enablers.
- Support governance functions across the organisation.
- Coordinate dependencies across functions.
- Ensure effective communication of project plans.
- Foster strong customer relationships.
- Define integration roadmaps for systems alignment.
Knowledge/Experience:
- Proficiency in Project Management/Programme Management/IT Delivery Management concepts.
- Familiarity with enterprise IT systems in manufacturing.
- Strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in cloud infrastructure and application development.
- Proven planning and strategic thinking abilities.
- Skilled in team development and performance management.
- Adherence to work completion and billing processes.
