Role: Marketing Manager

Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 DOE
My client is the fast-growing name in the kitchen and bathroom sector, supplying stylish and innovative products to both trade and retail customers. With ambitious growth plans, they are now looking for a Marketing Manager to lead their marketing strategy, build brand visibility, and drive customer engagement across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver an integrated marketing strategy to support business growth and product launches.
- Manage campaigns across digital, social, trade, and traditional channels.
- Oversee brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.
- Lead digital activity, including website management, SEO, PPC, email, and social media.
- Create engaging content tailored for trade and consumer audiences.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales and product teams to generate leads and improve customer experience.
- Manage the marketing budget, monitor ROI, and report on campaign performance.
- Ensure compliance with advertising and data protection regulations (ASA, GDPR, CMA).
About You
- Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or senior marketing role within consumer goods, interiors, or related product-based industries.
- Strong digital marketing expertise, including Google Ads, social media, and analytics.
- Experience managing brand campaigns and developing engaging content.
- Commercially minded, with excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Creative, hands-on, and comfortable working across strategy and day-to-day delivery.
- Strong communicator with the ability to build effective relationships internally and externally.
