Overview:
We are seeking a Functional Business Analyst to support a major ServiceNow transformation programme. This role requires strong business analysis expertise, a solid understanding of how ServiceNow works, and the ability to gather, document, and translate requirements into functional specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications.
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to validate requirements and propose solutions.
- Support testing and validation activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
Key Requirements:
- Strong background in functional business analysis.
- Good understanding of ServiceNow functionality.
- Excellent documentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in large-scale IT or business transformation projects.
- Fluent in English.
Nice to Have:
- Asset Management knowledge.
- Testing experience.
- Experience in public sector or international organisations.
