Role: Operational Analyst
Location: Remote (EU Only)

Overview:
We are looking for an Operational Analyst to design and improve operational processes, produce high-quality documentation, and present solutions clearly to a variety of stakeholders. This position places strong emphasis on process design, documentation, and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse existing processes and design improved operational workflows.
- Produce clear, well-structured documentation to support adoption.
- Present solutions and processes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support testing and validation of new processes.
- Work across multiple business units to drive alignment and adoption.
Key Requirements:
- Proven process design and business analysis experience.
- Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
- Strong stakeholder management, able to influence and engage effectively.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Fluent in English.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of ServiceNow and/or Asset Management.
- Testing experience.
