What you’ll be doing:
- Designing and maintaining MI dashboards and reports using advanced Excel (Power Query, PivotTables, VBA).
- Writing complex SQL queries and applying data mining techniques to uncover insights.
- Producing wireframes and mock-ups to support stakeholder engagement and solution design.
- Leading testing of third-party systems and documenting results before UAT handover.
- Delivering BAU changes, such as rate updates, data provision, and service requests.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience as an MI/Reporting Analyst or Business Analyst, ideally within financial services.
- Strong SQL skills with the ability to work with complex datasets.
- Advanced Excel, including VBA; knowledge of CXAIR is a bonus.
- Experience with UAT, system testing, and data mining.
- Confidence in visualising data and creating impactful dashboards.
