TRR have been retained to identify a ServiceNow Functional Business Analyst to join one of Europe’s leading SN programmes with strong experience in Hardware Asset Management to drive business process improvements and produce detailed documentation across key operational areas.
You will act as a crucial bridge between business teams and technical stakeholders, translating complex business needs into clear, actionable process flows and documentation that enhance service delivery and asset management.
What we’re looking for:
– Solid experience in Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
– Proven expertise in BPM and process design
– Proficiency with Microsoft Visio or similar diagramming tools
– Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
– Experience in documentation-heavy roles
– Exposure to asset-heavy environments
– Ability to translate non-technical requirements into clear, structured documentation

– Background in customer service or handling challenging conversations
– Ability to simplify complex processes for diverse audiences
– Experience working with ServiceNow or ERP transformation projects
