❄️ New Long Term Contract – ServiceNow Consultant – Italy ❄️
TRR have been asked to identify and experienced ServiceNow Consultant for a long term contract based in Milan (hybrid work offered)
Responsibilities
· Configure and manage the CMDB.
· Improve CMDB data quality.
· Integrate data sources (Discovery, Imports, external tools).
· Support ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem).
Specific Expertise MANDATORY
· Experience with the ServiceNow platform.
· Strong knowledge of CMDB and CSDM.
· Understanding of ITIL / ITSM processes.
