🚨 New Role: Test Analyst (Core Banking Transformation) 🚨
We’re hiring a hands-on Test Analyst to support a Core Banking Transformation programme within financial services.
This role suits someone who enjoys understanding business processes and outcomes, not just system behaviour.
What you’ll be doing:
* System, integration, regression & end-to-end testing
* Validating payments flows (Faster Payments, Direct Debits)
* Testing reconciliations, finance reporting & GL postings
* Logging and supporting defect resolution with business context
What we’re looking for:
* Experience as a Test Analyst in financial services or regulated environments
* Strong E2E testing across business-critical systems
* Exposure to payments, finance systems, or core banking
* Strong analytical skills (Excel and/or SQL)
Nice to have:
* Core banking or finance transformation experience
* Knowledge of BACS, PAY.UK, Confirmation of Payee
