Job Opportunity – Chief Risk Officer / Conducting Officer (Luxembourg)
Technology & Risk Recruitment (TRR) is currently partnering with a leading Financial Services firm in Luxembourg to appoint a Chief Risk Officer / Conducting Officer to join their executive leadership team.
This is a strategic role within a well-established and regulated platform, offering the opportunity to shape and oversee the organisation’s risk governance, regulatory engagement and risk culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the firm’s enterprise risk management framework, including market, operational and investment risks
- Act as Conducting Officer for Risk in line with Luxembourg regulatory requirements
- Maintain close interaction with the CSSF and other regulatory stakeholders
- Advise senior leadership and the Board on risk strategy and governance matters
- Lead and develop the risk management team
Profile
We are keen to speak with professionals currently working as:
- Chief Risk Officer
- Conducting Officer (Risk / Risk Management)
- Head of Risk / Deputy CRO
within Asset Management, AIFM, ManCo or broader Financial Services environments.
A strong understanding of the Luxembourg regulatory framework and governance requirements is essential.
