ServiceNow Programme Manager | Contract | Hybrid
TRR are supporting a global digital transformation consultancy delivering large-scale ServiceNow programmes across enterprise clients. Due to increased demand, they’re looking to engage with experienced ServiceNow Programme Managers to support a growing international portfolio.
The role:
You’ll sit at the centre of delivery – bridging technical teams, solution design, and commercial stakeholders, ensuring programmes are delivered effectively across multiple workstreams.
What they’re looking for:
- Strong ServiceNow / ITSM programme delivery experience
- Proven background in PRINCE2, PMP or similar methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple projects / stakeholders simultaneously
- Excellent ITIL experience
- Comfortable operating across both functional and technical environments
- Fluent in French & English
