Role: IFS Project Manager
Location: Remote (UK) with occasional travel as required
Salary: £80,000 – £90,000 + Benefits

About the Opportunity
We are supporting a fast-growing IFS specialist consultancy that delivers large-scale IFS Cloud transformation programmes across the UK and Europe. With a strong footprint across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and enterprise ERP delivery, the business is continuing to scale rapidly and is looking to appoint an experienced IFS Project Manager to lead complex end-to-end implementations within customer-facing environments. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly delivery-focused organisation working on enterprise transformation programmes across international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle IFS Cloud implementation projects from initiation through to go-live and hypercare
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and governance activities
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders across client and internal delivery teams
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across functional, technical, and integration teams
- Drive successful programme delivery across Manufacturing and Supply Chain-focused environments
- Manage RAID logs, project reporting, steering committees, and executive updates
- Support project planning, resource coordination, and delivery quality assurance
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to client expectations
Experience Required
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end IFS implementations
- Strong background managing enterprise ERP transformation programmes
- Experience working within Manufacturing or Supply Chain environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
- Strong understanding of project governance and delivery methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across complex delivery environments
- Previous consultancy or customer-facing delivery experience preferred
Desirable Experience
- IFS Cloud experience
- Experience working within international delivery programmes
- Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models
- Exposure to Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, or Procurement modules
