Head of Information Technology
Role: Head of IT / IT Manager (Infor Syteline Specialist)
Location: Leeds or Scunthorpe (Hybrid)
Salary: £60,000 – £70,000
Technology & Risk Recruitment are partnering with a leading UK manufacturing and distribution business to appoint a Head of IT / IT Manager with strong experience in Infor Syteline (CloudSuite Industrial).
This is a key leadership role within the organisation’s technology function, responsible for ensuring the stability, optimisation, and continuous improvement of core business systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the IT function, with ownership of ERP and core business systems
- Act as the primary expert for Infor Syteline / CloudSuite Industrial
- Design and deliver dashboards, reporting, and automation solutions
- Work closely with operational teams to improve system efficiency and business processes
- Manage IT infrastructure, vendors, and system integrations
- Drive digital improvement initiatives across the organisation
What We’re Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience with Infor Syteline / CloudSuite Industrial
- Background in IT management or senior systems leadership roles
- Proven ability to build dashboards, reporting frameworks, or BI solutions
- Experience with automation and process improvement
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Manufacturing or distribution sector experience is highly desirable
