Technology & Risk Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a leading client seeking experienced SC Cleared ITSM / ITIL Consultants to support organisations undergoing IT Service Management transformation.

This is a strategic advisory role, ideal for consultants who can assess ITSM maturity, review operational processes and provide independent recommendations around service management tooling and best practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess existing ITSM processes
• Conduct ITIL maturity assessments
• Review operating models and governance
• Recommend process improvements
• Advise on ITSM tool selection
• Work with senior stakeholders
• Produce recommendations and roadmap documentation

Experience Required

• Active SC Clearance
• Strong ITIL background
• ITSM consultancy experience
• Experience delivering ITSM assessments
• Experience advising on tool selection
• Knowledge of ServiceNow and other ITSM platforms
• Strong workshop facilitation skills
• Excellent stakeholder engagement
