Role: CRM Product & Functional Lead – Salesforce
Location: Brussels – Hybrid
Contract: Full-time Contract
Rate: Around €500/day
Language: English essential; French or Dutch advantageous
I’m currently recruiting for an experienced CRM Product & Functional Lead for a contract opportunity in Brussels. This is a great opportunity for a Salesforce/CRM professional who enjoys working between business and technology and leading cross-functional CRM initiatives.
The role will focus on:
- Salesforce & CRM functional leadership
- Cross-functional initiatives across Marketing, B2B and Customer Care
- Functional analysis and business requirements
- CRM automation and process improvement
- Customer journeys and customer experience
- Salesforce AI capabilities
- Digital marketing and campaign performance
- Reporting, analytics and KPI monitoring
- CRM integrations and a 360° customer view
We’re looking for:
- Strong Salesforce / CRM experience
- 6+ years’ relevant experience
- Experience leading or coordinating CRM initiatives
- Strong functional analysis and stakeholder management skills
- Experience translating business requirements into CRM solutions
- English plus French or Dutch
