Customer Service Assistant – Poulton, Lancashire
TRR are recruiting on behalf of a financial services organisation looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and innovative Customer Service Assistant to join their Branch Network. What you’ll be doing:
- Deliver exceptional service to members across multiple channels, including in-branch, over the phone, and digitally.
- Promote the company’s products and services, helping members make the most of what’s on offer.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the branch network to ensure compliance with business controls, regulatory requirements, and internal processes.
- Actively contribute to local community initiatives and branch events, building strong relationships with members and stakeholders.
- Support other branches as needed, ensuring consistency in service and operations.
- Use initiative to identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the member experience.
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum of five GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English at grade C/4 or above.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Confident working independently and making informed decisions based on experience and knowledge.
- A positive, proactive approach and a genuine interest in serving your community.
- Basic digital literacy and ability to navigate online systems efficiently.
