TRR have been tasked to identify 8 x Devops consultants at different experience levels for a full time remote position with travel one or 2 days per month to the Hague. English and B2 Dutch as a minimum is required.
Experience required:
Tools
- Version Control Systems: Git, GitHub, GitLab.
- CI/CD Tools: Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD.
- Configuration Management: Ansible, Puppet, Chef.
- Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes.
- Cloud Platforms: Mainly Azure and knowledge of AWS and Google Cloud.
- Monitoring and Logging: Azure Monitor Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).
- Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, CloudFormation.
- Scripting Languages: Bash, Python, PowerShell.
Skills
- Systems Engineering and Administration: knowledge of operating systems, networking and server administration.
- Automation and Configuration Management:Skill in scripting and use of automation tools.
- Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD):Understanding of CI/CD practices and tools.
- Cloud Computing:Experience with cloud platforms and services.
- Security:Basic understanding of security principles and best practices
- Collaboration and Communication:Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively
- Problem Solving:Analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Junior DevOps Engineer:1-2 years of experience in IT or software development, basic knowledge of DevOps principles and tools.
- Mid-Level DevOps Engineer:3-5 years of experience, in-depth knowledge of DevOps tools and practices, experience with CI/CD and cloud platforms.
- Senior DevOps Engineer:5+ years of experience, extensive expertise in DevOps, leadership and mentoring skills, strategic understanding of DevOps implementations.
