TRR is recruiting on behalf of a client for an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to support a programme within a manufacturing environment. We are looking for someone who combines strong business analysis skills with a genuine understanding of the ServiceNow platform. This is an opportunity for a BA who can work with business stakeholders while understanding how their requirements translate into ServiceNow processes, workflows and platform capabilities.
The role
You will work with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements, analyse existing processes and support the delivery of solutions through the ServiceNow platform.
The role requires someone who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery, ensuring that requirements are understood, documented and aligned with what the platform can deliver.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories.
- Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement through ServiceNow.
- Work closely with ServiceNow developers, consultants and other technical stakeholders to clarify requirements and support solution delivery.
- Demonstrate an understanding of ServiceNow capabilities and how the platform can support business processes.
- Support requirements validation, functional testing and stakeholder acceptance where required.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across business and technical teams.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within a ServiceNow environment.
- A good understanding of the ServiceNow platform, its capabilities and how solutions are delivered.
- Experience gathering requirements, documenting processes and translating business needs into functional specifications or user stories.
- The ability to work effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment would be highly relevant.
- Professional fluency in both French and English.
- Based in France or Luxembourg and able to work in a hybrid arrangement.
