TRR are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Business Analyst with strong ServiceNow experience to support an ongoing programme focused on AI Operations.
This is a fully remote opportunity, open to candidates based in the UK or Europe. We are looking for someone who can operate comfortably between business stakeholders and technical ServiceNow teams, with a strong understanding of IT operations and ServiceNow.
The Role
As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders, technical teams and ServiceNow specialists to understand business requirements and translate them into practical ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse and document business and technical requirements
- Work with stakeholders to understand business processes, pain points and opportunities for improvement
- Translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications
- Work closely with ServiceNow developers, architects and technical teams
- Support the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions
- Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement
- Support workshops with business and technical stakeholders
- Help bridge the gap between business requirements and technical delivery
- Contribute to ServiceNow / AIOps initiatives and process improvements
- Support testing, UAT and validation of delivered solutions
- Produce clear functional documentation and process specifications
Experience Required
- Proven experience working as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst or similar
- Strong hands-on experience working with ServiceNow
- Good understanding of ServiceNow processes and capabilities
- Experience working with IT Operations / ITOM
- Exposure to AIOps / AI Ops or AI-driven IT Operations
- Experience gathering and documenting requirements
- Strong experience producing user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams
- Fluent German and English
