Core Skills
• Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ITIL framework
• Proven experience working with ServiceNow platform (5+ years)
• Able to lead workshops and functional design
• Ability to create user stories, process flows, and documentation
• Ability to collaborate effectively with the development team and provide clear functional guidance throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Hands-on experience with ITSM, SPM, Service Catalog & Workflow design • Basic understanding of CMDB
• Basic understanding of scripting concepts (no coding required, but helpful) Preferred Certifications
• ITIL Foundation v3/v4
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ITSM Implementation
• Business Analyst Micro certifications
