TRR are currently supporting a global oil & gas organisation seeking two experienced ServiceNow Change Managers to join their team on long-term contracts.
These roles offer the opportunity to lead and govern IT change processes across a large-scale, business-critical environment, ensuring stability and compliance across complex operations.
Key focus areas:
* Managing end-to-end change within the ServiceNow platform
* Running CAB sessions and driving governance
* Collaborating with IT and operations to minimise risk and ensure compliance
* Experience: Strong ServiceNow + ITIL background essential
