Role: ServiceNow Developer (CSM/FSM)
Location: Germany (Preferred) / Remote
Salary: €70,000 – €100,000 Basic Salary + Benefits
Technology & Risk Recruitment is supporting a growing ServiceNow consultancy in the search for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join their expanding delivery team. This is an opportunity to work on enterprise-scale ServiceNow transformation programmes across healthcare and manufacturing environments, helping clients modernise their customer and field service operations through the ServiceNow platform.
The role is primarily remote, although occasional travel to customer sites may be required for workshops, project meetings, and key delivery milestones.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver ServiceNow implementation projects across Customer Service Management (CSM) and Field Service Management (FSM)
- Configure, customise, and develop solutions within the ServiceNow platform
- Work closely with architects, consultants, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Support integrations with external systems and enterprise applications
- Participate in technical design workshops and solution discussions
- Ensure development follows ServiceNow best practice and platform standards
Required Experience
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Proven experience delivering CSM and/or FSM implementations
- Experience working on end-to-end ServiceNow projects
- Knowledge of integrations, workflows, scripting, and platform customisation
- Background within consulting, professional services, or implementation environments
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
Desirable
- German language skills
- ServiceNow certifications
- Experience within healthcare, manufacturing, production, utilities, telecoms, or customer service environments
- Exposure to CRM or CIS-related transformation programmes
