TRR have been commissioned to identify 2 x ServiceNow Developers for a leading government body for long term contracts.
As a flavour you need:
❗ Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementation and development.
❗ Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, and other modules.
❗ Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration (workflows, forms, catalog, automation).
❗ Experience with integrations (APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server)
❗ Knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
❗ Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements translation skills.
