Service Mapping
Configure anomaly detection for infrastructure monitoring
Support root cause analysis activities
Validate monitoring integrations and event sources
Configure service dependency mapping and impact visibility
Participate in testing, validation, and stakeholder demonstrations
Required Experience
Candidates must demonstrate recent hands-on experience with:
Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Metric Intelligence
Implementing Health Log Analytics solutions
Designing Event Management and AIOps use cases
Service Mapping and Discovery deployments
Flow Designer-based automated remediation
Explaining business value and operational benefits of AIOps capabilities
Required Certifications
