I’m recruiting on behalf of my client for a long-term public sector programme in Brussels, looking for an experienced ServiceNow System Administrator with strong Hardware Asset Management (HAM) expertise.
This is a hands-on platform administration role, focused on operational ownership rather than development or purely functional work.
Key focus areas:
✔ Administration and support of the ServiceNow HAM module
✔ ITSM platform support (Incident, Request, Change, CMDB)
✔ Platform troubleshooting, upgrades, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
✔ ServiceNow System Administrator experience
✔ ITIL Foundation & CSA (preferred)
