TRR have been commissioned to identify an experienced ServiceNow Consultant with solid experience in ITAM.
This role is urgent and requires the candidate to converse in English and French

• Workshop & design support (ITAM/HAM workshops, best practices, architecture)
• Technical build: demo environments, solution build, peer reviews, unit testing
• Documentation: HLD updates, high-quality user stories
• Demos & UAT: end-to-end demos, UAT support & feedback categorisation
