Contract: 12 Months Minimum
Day Rate: £1370 (Inside IR35)
Role Purpose
The SuccessFactors Programme Manager is responsible for leading the end‑to‑end delivery of SAP SuccessFactors programmes across the organisation. This role ensures successful design, implementation, integration, and adoption of SuccessFactors modules, working closely with HR, IT, external delivery partners, and business stakeholders.
You will drive programme governance, ensure delivery quality, and manage risks, resources, timelines, and budget to achieve strategic HR transformation outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Programme Leadership & Delivery
- Lead the full lifecycle delivery of large‑scale SuccessFactors implementations, enhancements, and multi‑module rollouts
- Manage programme plans, RAID logs, resource plans, dependencies, and critical paths.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams including HR, IT, change management, data, and external SI partners.
- Ensure programme delivery aligns with organisational strategy, business case, and approved scope.
- Ensure data integrity, security and compliance throughout the programme lifecycle.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, steering committees, HR leadership, and third‑party vendors.
- Facilitate regular governance forums, providing high‑quality reporting, updates, and recommendations.
- Build strong relationships across HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, and Technology functions.
- Communicate programme progress, risks and benefits clearly and persuasively.
Solution Governance & Quality Assurance
- Oversee functional design integrity across all SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Recruiting, Compensation).
- Ensure appropriate documentation, testing cycles, cutover plans, and deployment processes are followed.
- Drive resolution of complex design challenges, integration issues, and data quality concerns.
Change, Adoption & Training
- Partner with Change & Comms teams to ensure smooth user adoption and behaviour change.
- Oversee training materials, knowledge transfer, and hypercare activities.
- Ensure that process design and system configuration support long‑term operational efficiency.
Risk, Compliance & Financial Management
- Own programme risks, issues, mitigation plans, and escalation paths.
- Manage budget, forecasting, vendor costs, commercial agreements, and change requests.
- Ensure compliance with data protection, audit, security, and internal governance frameworks.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors programmes at scale, ideally across multiple modules.
- Strong programme management skills including RAID management, planning, governance, and delivery assurance.
- Experience working with SuccessFactors implementation partners and managing vendor performance.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including at senior leadership and C‑Suite levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex dependencies across business, HR, and IT functions.
- Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle
