About the Role
We’re looking for a seasoned Workday professional to lead a post-production Workday project and ensure its successful delivery. This is a long-term opportunity to showcase your expertise on a transformative initiative within a global organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver Workday modules including HCM, Absence, Time Tracking (per country), and Recruitment (per entity).
- Collaborate closely with System Integrators to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
- Oversee the project lifecycle, including key milestone meetings held on-site at the London office.
- Support the adoption of best practices and innovative solutions to drive project success.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience managing Workday projects, preferably in post-production environments.
- Expertise in Workday HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, and Recruitment. (Knowledge of Workday Finance is a plus!)
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams and external partners.
